MyMAIL - File Attachments
By Erik Häll

General

It's possible to send and recieve base64 (MIME) and uuencoded files.
No external program is needed for encoding and decoding of attachments,
MyMail handles all internally.

To add a file to a mail just drag and drop it into the bar at the foot of the editor window.
You can also add by click with right mouse button in the attachment bar
and remove by click with right muse button on a file in the attachment bar.

To include a text in the mail body drag the text file into the middle of the editor window.

Note

Files dropped into the text area in editor will be included as text in the mail.
There is no check if it is a text or not so dropping a binary file into the text area will crash MyMAIL.

You need a multitasking environment to do the drag'n'drop operations
when using desktops like Thing and Jinnee you need to set the AV-Server correct.
MultiTOS is handeling this different (pipes) and do not need settings.

Attach folder

All depacked attachments are saved in a folder named attach.
To prevent to many and large files it is possible to erase the attach folder at program termination.
It is also possible to get the program automaticly delete the oldest file at a user defined size limit.
